Returns & Refunds policy

At EcoDew Lights, we value long-term partnerships with our wholesale and distribution clients. To ensure clarity and smooth operations, our return and refund terms are tailored for B2B transactions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• Only goods purchased directly from EcoDew Lights / Lushui Keji Youxian Gongsi are eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products manufactured to custom specifications or clearly personalized (including OEM/ODM orders).

• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are not suitable for resale.

• Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Authorization

Before shipping any goods back, please get in touch with us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Send your request to sales@ecodewlight.com with:

• Your purchase order or invoice number

• Details of the products and the reason for the return

Goods returned without prior authorization may be refused.

4. Shipping & Risk

• The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges, insurance, and the risk of loss or damage in transit.

• Goods should be shipped to:
  Shenzhen, Nanshan Subdistrict, Nanshan Community, Dongbin Road 4096, Haosheng Business Center.

• We recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. EcoDew Lights cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Inspection & Refund

• Returned goods will undergo quality inspection upon receipt.

• Once approved, we will issue a credit note or refund using the same payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

• If goods do not meet the stated conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund or credit.
